With a USB connection, Beam 3 Plus decodes hi-res PCM and DSD signals along with MQA audio files too.

There’s a switch at the top of the Beam 3 to choose between both modes.

Audirect Beam 3 Plus adopts the power of Qualcomm s latest CSR8675 Bluetooth chip that provides seamless wireless Bluetooth connectivity with high-resolution codecs support. The Beam 3 Plus supports LDAC, AptX HD, AptX, SBC, and AAC wireless codecs for high-resolution streaming over the Bluetooth connection.

Premium Sabre DAC Chip With Dual Independent OPAMPs:-

Audirect Beam 3 Plus is equipped with an ES9281AC DAC chip by ESS Sabre Technologies that provides extremely clean and transparent audio decoding with low distortion and high SNR ratings. It is paired with two independent OPAMPs that produce a powerful output stage for the users.

High-Resolution Audio Signal & Full MQA Signal Decoding:- 

Along with high-resolution PCM and DSD decoding, the latest Audirect Beam 3 Plus is capable of MQA decoding. MQA(Master Quality Authenticated) is an advanced technology where the high-resolution music files are wrapped into smaller file sizes to make them easy to store and stream. MQA certified devices unfold the MQA files to provide a high-resolution experience.

Single-Ended As Well As balanced Headphone Output Ports:-

Audirect Beam 3 Plus supports both single-ended and balanced headphone connections. It houses a single-ended 3.5mm port and another 4.4mm balanced headphone output port.  The balanced port outputs up to 230mW of power while the single-ended port provides up to 141mW of power both of which are more than enough for powering modern IEMs and headphones.

Adjustable Three Level Gain:- 

Audirect Beam 3 Plus has a three-level gain mode that can be adjusted using the gain switch on the side of the device. It helps the users to pair the Beam 3 Plus with sensitive as well as demanding headphones.
